Jo Gallaugher, MBA

Jo Gallaugher has 20 years experience directing multi-site, service based organizations in healthcare, research, and higher education. She has expertise in team building, change management, process reengineering, and strategic planning and frequently speaks at local universities on those topics. Jo holds an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine and a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington.

Jo began her career as an Accountant for Planned Parenthood of Western Washington, moving into an information systems role as the agency’s Medical Systems Administrator. She then spent seven years managing computing support and campus-wide initiatives for the University of Washington and two years at the University of California San Diego as Director of Administration for the School of Medicine. For four years, she was VP of Operations for Vericare, a national mental healthcare organization based in San Diego.

Before relocating to the Olympia, Washington area, Jo served as CEO for US Mandometer, a Sweden based group treating eating disorders using a scientific model, including biofeedback and nutritional therapies. Currently, Jo seeks an executive position in the Pacific Northwest. Having successfully provided direction in for-profit, non-profit, and state institutions, she has a breadth of experience allowing her to initiate and support short-term and long-term goals for any organization.
